High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

I hadn’t heard of High Intensity Interval Training before this. According to Steve, HIIT is an exercise methodology where we have short bursts of maximum effort training that slows down to a ‘moderate’ pace during intervals, with typical sessions lasting from 15 to 25 minutes depending on an individuals fitness levels.

    Hey Sid,

    Thanks for the plug! HIIT really is a great way to exercise, especially if your short on time. I have been doing it for quite a while now and the results have been incredible for me.

    I like your site here. It’s going to take me a while to read through all of your archives though :)
